My name is Sébastien Rota, I am a certified lifeguard, originally from France,
with over 20 years of experience in teaching, supervision, and
water activities. Water has always played a central role in my life. For me, water is a place of pleasure, freedom, and development, but also an environment that demands rigor, vigilance, and professionalism. This global vision naturally led me to the profession of lifeguard. Over the years, I have built my career around a firm idea: to enable everyone, regardless of age or level, to feel safe and confident in the water.
Solid French training
I hold qualifications recognized in France, a guarantee of professionalism and competence:
Swimming instructor and lifeguard (BEESAN), BNSSA (Water Safety and Rescue),
Sports instructor, first aid and pool supervision certifications. This training has enabled me to acquire a perfect command of swimming instruction, aquatic pedagogy, and emergency management.
Over 20 years of professional experience
I have been working for more than two decades in different settings: municipal pools,
aquatic centers, sports complexes, and private facilities. I have worked with a wide variety of people: babies, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. This experience allows me to offer personalized support, adapted to each person’s pace and goals. A human and benevolent approach. Every person is different.
